Andrew Keegan once graced the covers of teen magazines and was the star of films like “Camp Nowhere,” “10 Things I Hate About You” and even tried to hook up with a girl before the aliens attacked in “Independence Day,” but all that was a lifetime ago. Today he’s best known as the leader of the now defunct cult, Full Circle. For five years he led a temple in Venice Beach populated with failed musicians, washed up child actors, and millennial burners looking to be closer to their childhood celebrity crush. After a deluge of negative press and burning through his “Camp Nowhere” money, Andrew found himself broke, living in his parents’ garage and, worst of all, losing the temple to some greedy developers.

 

“Worst Cult Ever” is a semi-scripted, comedy series that stars Andrew, his last remaining follower, Jason, as well as an ensemble of former teen actors and ex-cult members as they try to re-open their temple after it closed 5 years ago.
